Surgical Pack Operations

LeeSar Regional Service Center's Pack Operations Department currently builds 97 different custom packs and kits, over 125 thousand packs annually.  They're able to make pack changes in short time frames:  two weeks when expedited, 30-45 days normally. 

They are the first of their kind to provide custom surgical packs to their own hospital members while at substantial savings.  Their ongoing project is to find methods, products and procedures that maintain or raise quality while making every effort to save money for end users. The goal is NO SURPRISES. The mission:
