LeeSar & Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF)
In 1998, LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) was formed by LeeMemorial Health System (LMHS) and Sarasota Memorial Health Care System (SMHCS). Their goal in the supply chain for the two systems:

- Increase Efficiencies
LeeSar Serves as Regional Service Center
- Centralized Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Distribution & Customer Service
- Surgical Pack Manufacturing
- Pharmaceutical Bulk Repackaging
- Centralized Record Retention & Management
- Courier Service.
Another LeeSar function includes a dedicated Centralized File Maintenance team that manages the item master for the three systems. They are responsible for item updates including additions, catalog updates, pricing, data elements, and inventory attributes.
Cooperative Services Serves as Buying Coop
For consumable supplies and capital equipment. CSF works closely with centralized purchasing and the file maintenance team for contract and pricing information.
LMHS is uses GEAC for their ERP system and SMHCS is uses PeopleSoft for their ERP system. Each health care organization also has sub-systems. The System House (TSH) serves as LeeSar’s warehouse management system.
